Nous recherchons un/une coloc pour nous rejoindre ! Nous sommes situés rue Malbec, dans un quartier très paisible, à l’abris des nuisances urbaines. La chambre possède une baie vitrée donnant sur la terrasse, exposition sud donc très lumineuse. L’appartement fait 70m2 et la terrasse 30. Nous sommes à 10 min à pied du tram B et pour les bus, le 9 et le 15 passent juste devant. L’appartement n’est pas meublé mais notre ancien coloc à laissé ses affaires pour dépanner momentanément. Nous sommes ouverts à tous les profils ! On aime faire de la musique, cuisiner, jardiner… Le loyer affiché est le loyer global, individuellement nous payons 466€/ mois.
